We had a quick stop in Sofia, Bulgaria with only a few hours on our second day to walk around, see some of the sights and then head back to the bus station to catch our bus to Nis, Serbia. Our bus from Athens arrived in the evening, so we stayed at Hotel Favorit, not far from the bus station, since we had to leave in the early afternoon the next day.

During our few hours of walking around Sofia, we only took a few pictures of us in the city. The main reason for this was because of the weather. It was just too cold to keep setting up the tripod for pictures, so some of the only photos we took of us were in front of the Cathedral of Alexandar Nevski. The majority of our other pictures are of buildings and churches in the city center.
