When we were flying from Bogota, Colombia into Quito we ended up talking to a woman from Ecuador. Lynn was asking her what were the must-see attractions in Ecuador. One of the places that the woman mentioned was Banos, Ecuador. It was one of her favorite places to visit, and a popular vacation destination for other Ecuadorians as well. The good thing was that it was someplace that we had already planned to visit. Banos is a small town in the middle of the mountains with quite a few activities and sights to enjoy.
